Exercise Name:  Dumbbell Bench Press

Muscles:  Pectoralis Major, Pectoralis Minor

Description / Instruction:

To perform the Dumbbell Bench Press you must lie on your back on a flat bench, holding a pair of dumbbells over your chest, with your arms straight up and your hands facing forward.  Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells down to finish level with your chest.  Contract your chest muscles and press the dumbbells back up to the start position in an arc. This exercise develops the pectoralis major and minor muscles of the chest.
