Description / Instruction:
To perform the Hammer Curls standing upright with the dumbbells hanging straight down next to your hips with your hands facing each other. Bend your elbows and raise the dumbbells up towards the shoulders without swinging your body. Pause and slowly return to the start. Hammer Curls develops the bicep brachii muscles.
