Description / Instruction:
To perform the Dumbell Bent Over Row hold a dumbbell in each hand and bend forward from your waist until your back is parallel to the floor. Let your arms hangs straight down with your palms facing backwards. Lift or row the dumbbells up and into your chest area by contracting your back muscles. Return to the start by straightening the arms. The Dumbell Bent Over Row develops the Latissimus Dorsi and Rhomboid muscles.
