    hey just wonderin, im 16 and i do karate 3 times a week and go to the gym 3 times a week, when i workout i sweat bullets and get my cardio up. The thing is ive been trying to finish off my last extra skin flabs on my lower abs but they wont go away no matter what, i eat helathy and what not. Please help me!
