Super Effective Butt & Thigh Workout for Home

Hi Everyone!

Today we have something that might be more geared towards the ladies but even you guys out there should think about toning up your legs as there is nothing as embarrassing as having a great upper body but NO LEGS!

In this workout we show you a very effective butt and thigh workout to help you tone up your butt and get sexy thighs quickly. We use very powerful but easy butt and thigh exercises to make sure you don’t waste your time for week on end doing a workout that don’t get you the results you are looking for.

So if you want to get sexy legs, a toned butt and thin thighs then this is the workout for you, male or female!

Let’s quickly look at the workout structure and exercises you will do:

Workout Structure

  • You will do two super sets.
  • Each super set with have a butt exercise and or a thigh and hamstring exercise.
  • Do the first exercise in the superset for 30 second instantly followed by the second exercise for 30 seconds.
  • Do each superset 3 times.
