Hi Peter, great video! I love the full workout, thanks so much for posting it! Question, I weight-train Tues-Thurs-Sat, and do only cardio M-W-F, if I added this to my M-W-F, do you think it would be over-training my glutes & thighs?

It depends what you are doing already but you could do this instead of your normal glute and thigh exercises.
