You are going to love this 6 minute 6 pack meal. It is based on our famous Ultimate Breakfast which you will know by now I eat a lot and has helped me get 6 pack abs. The problem for many people with the Ultimate breakfast is that you had to use Whey Protein powder to make that meal. However many of you did not have a protein powder or did not want to use a supplement but preferred real food.
So over the last few weeks I tried a few things and what I came up with is so dam good, you won’t belief it is actually healthy. I call it The Ultimate Breakfast Healthy Blueberry Pancake. It has a little more fats, although healthy fats, then the normal ultimate breakfast so I would not eat this every morning but maybe 2 to 3 times per week. Instead of protein powder we also bring in egg whites and some nuts to provide you with high quality protein.
