Is there a workout structure where I could form a chest workout from these five exercises only?

David, to get ripped just do all 5 exercises for 20 seconds, one after another with 0-10 seconds break between each set, after all 5 are done take a 45-60 second break. Repeat it again 2 more times (so a total of 3 sets). If you are looking to build big mass using these 5 exercises then do each exercise 3 times (8-10 slow reps) with a 45-60 second break between each set but it would be good to incorporate some weight lifting exercises to build mass.

    Have fun.

If you want to do that I suppose you could one of two things. 1) Do each exercise 30 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds and repeat the same exercises 3 to 4 times. Or do 12 to 15 reps of each exercise, rest for 20 seconds and do 3 sets of each.

This is not a workout as such, it is just push-up exercises that you can use instead of your normal push-ups in workouts you are already doing.

Have been following you and your site for many months now, I recomend it to all those that ask me for advice as you explain and detail it so well. Have been an international competitor several times in the past and your site has given me back my shape but only better now as I am not over training so much and now follow the correct time to recover. Well done Peter.
