Let’s now continue to look at what other principals are absolutely vital to a successful eating plan.
Don’t try and create the most exciting meal every time you cook. Keep it simple and concentrate on making sure you get the correct nutrition from your meals by combining a good quality portion of protein and carbohydrates in every meal. Remember at this stage you are not looking to become a gourmet chef, just a healthy, sexy individual.
This is one of the principles that really helped me succeed in my own weight loss quest. When I cooked food, lets say chicken breasts, I would buy in bulk and cook all 20 breasts at once. Then for the next 2 or 3 days you don’t have to cook again and when you need to eat you can just grab an already cooked chicken breast from the fridge.
This really makes sticking to your eating plan a lot easier and prevents you from eating junk in a hunger frenzy.
Now everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this could not be more true.
Apart from providing you with the energy to perform all your daily tasks and exercise it is vitally important to kick start your metabolism into action. By skipping breakfast you deprive yourself of a very powerful aspect in making your weight loss program effective.
Make sure your breakfast includes a quality source of slow release carbohydrates and lean protein and is eaten within an hour of waking.
To perform at the top, have loads of energy, and get lean — eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
This strategy, used by athletes for decades, can improve your overall health and is really catching on among the ordinary population.
In such a way, eating often boosts the body’s basal metabolic rate or BMR. The higher your BMR, the more fat you burn, even when doing nothing or during sleep. But by eating 5 to 6 meals you will also improve your protein utilization, muscle growth and it will reduce your insulin levels (the fat storing hormone).
Remember, you will not be eating more, just dividing your traditional 3 large meals in half. Thus, the 5 to 6 meals will contain the same total amount of food and calories, but will be better used and burned.

Kirti here again .I love ur site.I want to know for vegeterian like me for protein option what i have to choose?I like bbw plan I’m going to follow it from tomorrow.Please clarify some doubt.For carbohydate u told 1 fist mean how many gram?I’m taking mainly chapati & whole wheat grains.If i want to take grains how many grams/day.Same question for protein 1palm size protein=how many gram(It’s raw weight or cooked one)
How much veges and fruit i have to take/day.If milk needed for body or not.If yes suggest me how many ml i have to take/day
I hope u’ll help me by clearing all doubt.I not like any protein supplements please adjust my diet & give me veg diet menu It may be helpful for me.I’m pure vegeterian.Thanks

good source vegetarian: egg white if eaten best. protein shakes. soya shakes. soya beans. tofu. cottage cheese. if eating milk should be doing the other forms of dairy…whey, soy, eggs. i would estimate 100g but can’t really say. just stick to palm size. avoid milk, cottage cheese better.
Hey Peter. . Love the information. . I have an important question as far as diet goes. I am about 5’9 and weigh 160lbs. I’m not fat, but I am also not lean. I would like to trim my stomach area, but I do not want to lose too much weight. Unfortunately, my living arrangement doesnt allow me much room for food shopping as I have 4 room mates and one small fridge. So I eat outside all day long. I have cut down from fast food and junk a great bit, but I was curious as to what I can do to better my diet and stay within a budget. As I had said, I do not want to lose too much weight, as I do not want to look skinny. But I definately want to continue to eat healthier and gain more energy. How can I better my situation?
