4 Diet Tips that helped me drop 100lbs and get 6 Pack Abs Quickly!

Hi Everyone! In my newly released diet book, The6PackDiet I have a very popular section called “11 Insider Tips that helped me drop 100lbs”. These are tips I used during my own body transformation and which I believed made the difference between me getting 6 pack abs and not.

Today I want to share just 4 of these diet tips with you as I feel they will be able to make a huge difference to your results and your quest for 6 pack abs.

Let’s get started!

Consistency

Let me quickly tell you the REAL secret to success when it comes to achieving amazing results with your diet, CONSITENCY! You can have the best diet in the world but if you do not follow it day in and day out you will never get the results you want.

I love using the example of two guys. One is using the worlds most powerful and effective diet program. The other is just following some basic diet tips he got out of a magazine. Guy ONE only follows his amazing diet 1 day per week. Guy TWO follows his basic diet tips every single day of the week. Who do you think will get better results? If you said GUY TWO, you are right!

You can’t do something one or two days per week and think you will get results. It will never happen.

So, if you want results fast, be consistent. You don’t have to do anything amazing, you just need to do the basics right, every single day. However, if you combine a powerful diet and you add consistency, you are setting yourself up for serious success!

Remove all Temptation

It is no secret by now that I am a serious chocoholic. I will eat any chocolate, good or bad. If it is around me, it gets demolished quickly!

However, if I don’t see chocolate and it is not easily accessible, I could not care less. It has in fact been proven that if you do not have something easily available to eat when a craving hits, you are 80% more likely to resist that craving and not eat badly.

So guess what I do these days, I banned all chocolates from my house. Sure I will eat some healthy dark chocolate from time to time but I won’t have a big stash of unhealthy milk chocolate lying around my house just to tempt me when I get a craving. And you should do the same. Remove anything in your house that is unhealthy and that could temp you to eat badly. Go do this RIGHT NOW in fact!

Fight Discouragement and Accept Failure

Listen, nobody is perfect, NOBODY! Even if some people might think they are! They are not! And when you start a diet or are on a healthy eating program you are going to slip up every now and then. It is the way it is.

But like they say, it is not about what happens to you but HOW YOU react to what happens to you. So if one day you meet an old friend and they want a coffee and that coffee turns into a slice of cake and an unhealthy lunch, ENJOY IT! Then, the very next meal, get back onto the horse!

So many people go into a self pity mode when this happens. “Oh I just had a bad meal. My whole diet is messed up. I might as well continue eating badly for the rest of the day….” STOP IT! If you are eating healthy and something like this happens to you once a month or every now and then, it won’t have much of an effect on your over results unless you slip completely. So enjoy your little cheat and then get going again with your diet ASAP.

Be Prepared

And the final tip is being prepared. I can’t stress this enough. You have to make things easy for yourself if you want to succeed. By being prepared you will remove a HUGE hurdle out of the way that could trip you up and make you fall.

If you think you will be able to WING your diet you are mistaken! This is the easiest way for you not to have a healthy meal ready when you need to eat. Or for you not to have the right foods at home to cook for dinner and ending up getting a takeaway.

You need to have a plan! From what meals you are going to eat tomorrow to getting those meals all ready to go. Having foods and meals already cooked and ready to eat make things very easy. Knowing exactly what you will eat for your 6 meals each day takes the guess work out of it and all of sudden you will start seeing results instead of just hoping for them.

So get prepared and GET a plan for your diet in the same way you have a plan and you are prepared before you go to the gym to do your workouts!

There you go. Follow these 4 tips and you will get your 6 pack abs much sooner then you expected!

    Peter.

If i can give a suggestion.

Perhaps you could give a tips, how to go trough a diet for people who doesn’t have a lot of money.

I see that, a diet person should consume a healthy food. Healthy food (IMO) means to buy more expensive one, rather than a cheap one that not contain more and good nutrition.

For example, for a exchangeable student that study abroad. they must make a strict rule for their cost. perhaps they just eat a simple meal that’s cheap enough for them.

    Best Regards.
