Hi Everyone!
In this episode of Kitchen Quickies I am going to show you how to make my special Thai Chicken Salad Wrap! It is a great meal to have as a second snack or even lunch time ( If you follow The6PackDiet you will know what I mean by this ). The best part is that this abs meal will only take you 3 to 5 mins to make and it tastes so good you won’t believe that it is actually healthy!
Watch the video to see how to make this meal. Below I will list all the food in this meal.

I would only eat this up until lunch. so once or twice is good but no more!
Wow.. thanks i’m gonna try this one…
Hi, can you tell us exactly what kind of salsa to use? because i really dont understand what do you mean with “fruit salsa”
You don’t need to add it. You can see if you can get low soduim, low sugar Sweet Chili Sauce.
Please Peter, give us more of these healthy recipes
The fruit salsa peter is referring to is chutney.
Chutney is normally made from peaches.
Sure but it can be made from any fruit and if you do not live in SA then salsa is the closest thing to it
But yes it’s Mrs Balls Chutney if you live in SA ! The Weighless edition!
Hey Peter,
I live in Egypt so some of those ingredients I don’t have in my country.
What I do is I have in Egypt a type of white dough that is really not including as many fat as you think and some cabbage/lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and balsamic vinegar, lemon and wrap it all together.
Can I use this?
The flour in the dough is the problem, but apart from that it sounds ok.
