Well it simple really. If you doing JJ for example you just do it slowly for 30 seconds and then fast for 30 seconds. The same with line jumps. You just controle the speed at which you do the exercise.</description>

is says to do cardio abut 30mins anything for examples machines cycling treadmill 
and even in ur cylcing vids on youtube says same but it requires t do 2 levles of intervel training that is high and low intensity cardio so how can it be performed without machines with only j jacks or linejumps cause i cant go outside for runn stuff thx :p</description>
