    hi i downlaoded ur beachbody plan and um it says i need to do 20min cardio for warmup can i do jumping jacks and line jumps ??? and wat else can i do for cardio i dont have skipping rope any machines help needed pls !!

    Yip you can do JJ or LJ. You can really do anything for cardio, run outside, skipping etc etc.

    hi peter good work i have question from ur beachbody plan

    is says to do cardio abut 30mins anything for examples machines cycling treadmill
    and even in ur cylcing vids on youtube says same but it requires t do 2 levles of intervel training that is high and low intensity cardio so how can it be performed without machines with only j jacks or linejumps cause i cant go outside for runn stuff thx :p

    peter pls i need answer to above question how should i train intervel trainning without an mahcines as describe in ur beachbody plan and youtube cycling 2 parts vid with jumpinkg jacks or line jumps cause icant go out side pls help !!!!

    Hi there,

    Well it simple really. If you doing JJ for example you just do it slowly for 30 seconds and then fast for 30 seconds. The same with line jumps. You just controle the speed at which you do the exercise.
