I want ask … I have ABS but I have 1centimeter – 2cm fat on it… I lost about 15kgs fat last year but I can’t get shape my body… I have still 1-2 cm fat everywhere … how can I lose it please ?

You could be over doing. If you have a good eating plan and a good workout program that it is not about doing a lot, but doing the right things correctly consistently. So if you not getting results look at my HOW to overcome a plateau article on this website and make sure your eating plan and workout program is right for you.
