12 Eating Tips That will Get You 6 Pack Abs Much Faster!

In this article I wanted to give you some simple but effective eating tips that you can start to incorporate into you daily meal plan right away. I am not going to go into too much detail in this article in each tip but if you just follow these you will already get much better results and it will provide you with a the basics of a good six pack abs eating plan. And Yes, you might have heard many of these tips already BUT are you actually following them!?

  • Eat five-six small meals a day.


  • Alway have Breakfast ( Click Here to see the perfect Breakfast. I have this almost every single day )


  • Up your water intake ( Click Here to see how much water you should drink ) 


  • Make sure your meals are balanced and you have a portion of good carbs, protein and fat with every meal.


  • Avoid highly processed foods such as Table sugar, white bread, white pasta, white rice, white flour and their products.


  • Avoid trans or hydrogenated and saturated fats ( Click Here  for 3 Simple tips will help do this easily  )


  • Reduce the amount of dairy consumed especially with you are intolerant to dairy, suffer from bloating or have respiratory and sinus problems.  If dairy is consumed it must be fat-free and eaten in small quantities. 


  • Avoid all alcohol.  Alcohol is extremely high in calories and consumption will interfere with your metabolic processes for approximately 48 hours afterwards. 


  • Avoid high sugar and high fat condiments and sauces like tomato sauce, basting sauces and especially mayonnaise or salad creams. 


  • Be wary of Restaurant food and take-away’s.  Rather prepare your own meals if possible. ( If you do need to eat out, follow THESE TIPS )


  • Plan your grocery list so that you stock and prepare only the correct foods  that cannot lead to temptation. 


  • Choose one day a week and be more relaxed on your eating plan – Cheat day

    Some are VERY healthy yes. Walnuts are best and Almonds are also good.

    Seen as its weekend I think the “avoid alcohol” tip is by far the most important and everyone over indulgences a bit in that department when going out with friends. Not good for results!

    Honey is not bad and neither is milk as long as you don’t overdo it and the milk is low fat.

    Depends what brown bread but normally it is bad. Any alcohol is bad if you want to get ripped and cornflakes are not good either!

    okk thanks peter..
    my breakfast is 1apple+cornflakes and 1scoop whey protien..
    then exercise and after that again 1 scoop protien fruit juice i.e. orange..
    and paneer salad for dinner…
    following this is good or bad..!!!
    my fat % is now 16.1 from 17.3 of upper body..
    weight -81.2..
    i am following this workout and diet from last 2 months..
    what change i need to get more fast and good result

    Hi Peter, thank you for the advices.

    By the way, white rice (and bread) is a daily food for my life. I find it hard to get if off. Hmm, I try to reduce the amount though.

    Are chicken leg/wings and beef good for the diet? I don’t fry them but cook them with vegetables.

    What do your 5-6 small meals look like? Breakfast – .!. – Lunch – .!. – Dinner -.!.-Sleep?

    If you can try and use brown rice and Rye bread rather. Chicken without the skin is good and lean beef is good. 6 meals will be , breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, bed time snack.

    Depends. There are many kinds. But if you don’t eat a whole bread each day it shoudl be ok. 1 or 2 slices per day as a carb will be fine. Rye bread is better though.

    What are the benefits of creatine? I have been using Body Fortress Brand that I purchased by mistake instead of my whey. also I am 6’2″ 252lbs as of now my BMI is 32.4% I have a long road ahead of me I want to get my BMI to 10% or better is this possible? I have limited myself to about 1650 calories a day but am unsure as to how many carbs I should have. Please help me out.

    wow!!! I’m so glad that I found this site!!!!!     In your 6packdiet ebook you mention that Group 2 Carbohydrates can be eaten in unlimited quantities. Should I include them in my daily total (calorie/macronutrient counting method) of carbohydrates?

    Sure you can, but it does not really matter that much as they are normally very low in carbs anyway and high in fiber.
